Microtips Technology is excited to announce our 128x64 white passive matrix OLED, with polarized OLED display. We are also excited to be in partnership with Raystar Optronics, Inc. Our new 128x64 OLED passive matrix display has a organic layer, and strips of cathode and anode, which is great for audio, automobiles, meters, and industrial applicatons. The driving voltage is 3.0 volts which has no touch panel, but can be customize. This display is a type COG, and a one particular pin, pin 11 which is an MCU interface, has an selection input pin for I2C, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI, 8-bit 68xx parallel, and 8bit 80xx.. parallel.
Operating temperature of this display is -40 ~ 80 degrees Celsius and a storage temperature of -40 ~ 80 degrees Celsius. Our 128x64 OLED panel has an active area of 21.738x10.858 mm, along with the viewing direction defined by the rubbing direction of its TFT surface treatment. Furthermore, the grayscale inversion is located at the viewing directions as well. However, the optimal viewing directions for human viewing is normally located at the specified color which does not change to grayscale inversion. This would be the opposite side of the specified viewing direction in the specification above.
The lifetime of this display is 50,000 hrs, or other-words the Half-Life-Time of these LED chips brightness which decreases to 50% than original brightness, based on Ta 25+- 2 degrees celsius. This analysis method uses life data obtained under accelerated conditions to extrapolate an estimated probability density function, for the product under normal use conditions. There are other ways of saving energy and extended OLED lifetime, such as screen saving mode. The contrast ratio of our 128x64 inch panel is 2000:1 with a response time, at 10 microsecond.
